If you write to us via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, email address, message) exclusively to answer your inquiry. Delivery is handled via our email service provider Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC); a data processing agreement is in place with the provider.

8. Hosting and server logs

Our website is hosted by a German provider. Log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp) is collected automatically to ensure the security of the service. This data is deleted automatically after a few days.
